Default AC Climate Control Smog Sensor question

So in my SDD diagnostics software, there is a dealer option that says something about a climate control smog sensor that can be enabled or disabled. I never changed its setting because I didnt know if I have that or not and Ive found that when you try to enable an option you dont have, you mess stuff up so I left it alone.

But last night something happened that makes me think I have the sensor.

I was in the shop (Big 30x50' shop with two huge doors) showing the jag to a friend traveling cross county and passing thru. We are in the shop and i open both doors and start the car- in the shop with the doors wide open. The car idles up to temp and I shut it off and start showing him the key fob open windows option and the windows close option and some other stuff..
With the car off for a few minutes, key fob in my hand. car off, all lights in the car and dash are off, the climate control blower fan comes on all by itself at full bore. I am puzzled as Ive never seen it do this before. The key fob lock and unlock doesnt nothing for the fan- it keeps running. I get in the car and start it up and turn off the climate control and shut the car off

# minutes later the damn blower fan comes on at full blast again by itself. so we wait and sure enough it turns off after a few minutes.

Is this the Smog Sensor? Is it sensing the carbon monoxide from the idling and trying to flush the air out?

How cool is that if it was!

It's normal (& reported before with replies) and has nothing to do with any smog sensor.

The blower coming on is a feature of the climate control system .....anytime auto temp is used and the ac compressor activates, the blower will turn on after the vehicle is off for a set time to dry off the ac evaporator to prevent mold ...i i turned my feature on also, but do not remember the exact moniker it was called ....it was in the dealer options screen on sdd
