Ac problems on 2000 jaguar stype 4.0 blowing hot !iralee65@gmail.com when idling

I have a 2000. Jag stype that has had compressor and cc:all replaced and blows cold until it comes to stop at light then blows hot air ?

Either low on freon, compressor spring recall (spring gets flipped on back of compressor unit) or DCCV is bad.

Start with checking freon pressures both low and high sides.
