Air Conditioning Problem

Default Air Conditioning Problem
I am having a problem with the heating in the cabin of my S type. It seems to run cold all the time, I have to constantly adjust the temperature range from low to 26 deg or so to try and generate heat. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

Blocked dual coolant control valve, bad evap temp sensor, cracked expansion tank and low coolant.
Many variables.
