After replacing coolant lines and reservoir, rccm, blower and wiring to a/c, suspension and damn near everything else, I have one project left. The moonroof mechanicals. Anyone have any tips or shortcuts on this?

Maybe some of the existing threads would help.

If not, maybe you could explain what else you need.

I have the parts, just hoping there was a way to replace them without dropping the headliner

Unfortunately you have to drop the headliner. I replaced my sunroof mechanicals with the Sunroof Dr. parts maybe six months ago. I used it as an opportunity to also replace my headline material, which had started sagging in a couple spots, and redo the A-pillar covers, which were in bad shape.
