Another stereo question.. hopefully a easy one (again)

i gave up on my search for a single din kit, and had no desire to make one, so i sold my pioneer flip out.

New question:

anyone have a double din stereo in they're 2000-2002 stype? it appears to be the same size, but i figure i might as well ask before i blow 1200 bucks

i installed a pioneer avic d1 in mine when it came out. it "fits" but believe me its a very very tight fit especially if you want to keep that flat brace across the top. it was so snug i couldnt use the mount even if i wanted to.

check out my Pioneer Avic-Z3. Best unit on the market. Might as well get the best of the best. It fits in nice with minimal gaps. I got a plastic trim to hide all the imperfections. I have it posted on my cardomain website. Check my signature.
