Auriga Wheels on 2005 S-type 4.2

Auriga Wheels on 2005 S-type 4.2
Hi all,
There is a set of 4 Auriga wheels with conticontacts mounted available locally,
and I am curious whether they'd mount without problem on my wife's 2005
4.2.
They are 19 by 8.5 and have a 5x108 bolt pattern.
Her stock wheels are 17s and she's running 235 50 17 tires.
