I'm a new member, so pls. forgive my lack of experience, but does anyone know how to cancel the auto-seat feature that propells you toward the steering wheel as soon as you insert key into ignition? Its a 2006 S-type 2.7 diesel. It just makes closing the door a VERY long reach unless I leave it open and wait after inserting key. Can't find anything in the driver's handbook...

move the switch to the left of the steering column either up or down and your golden.
