I am from Vancouver Washington. Right by the oregon border. And I will check the shops out. Has anyone ever used Automotix.net for parts?

Depending on your issue, you may be able to fix it at home in your den for about $20 worth tools - some solder and a soldering iron.
I haven't seen it in the S-types, but X300/X308 (and I believe some versions of XK) share a cold-solder joint issue on the Abs module circuit board that lights a C1095 code - "Pump motor failure" it is, in fact, the pins on the board that go to the motor connector. Brush 'em, solder em, silicone your ABS back together (you have to cut it open) and "Bob's your uncle!"
A quick Search on "ABS*" should reveal if it has been an issue on this model.

A few years ago I purchased a used module on Ebay for about $170. The dealer wanted $1400 at the time. I have a 2002 3.0. There were were a lot of modules which said they were for my car. But they had many different part numbers on them. Make sure any module you buy has the exact same part number as the one on your car.

I am afraid to say that you have to get the number from the original because if you get the wrong one you will have a car that will not work because the ecu will not recognize it unless you can program the car through the SDD/IDS. It may be better and cheaper for you if you send yours to be refurbished, you can get it done in Britain for example for less than a hundred pounds with lifetime warranty.

Welcome to the Jaguar Forums! It's great to have you with us.
Before you repair your ABS module or buy another one, can you tell us on what basis the shop determined that you need a new one?
What are the symptoms that prompted them to look into the ABS system?
Were any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) flagged? If so, please report them here and we'll try to help save you time and money.
Cheers,
Don
