Battery Replacement
I have found that my new (to me) 2008 S Type has the original battery with a May 2008 date sticker. The car only has 38,000 miles and was garaged most of it's life. However, living in Florida I don't want to take a chance on it failing. I have found a reasonably price replacement at NAPA. Is there anything unique about the process once the new battery is installed.
If you like window one-touch up you'll have to re-do it - see handbook.
May well have to reprogram radio presets.
Car will have to relearn its fuelling so will run a bit rough initially. Start & idle for 5 mins will help.
2008 is fairly young for battery on these cars, believe it or not! May well last quite a bit longer but it's largely luck or some such.
