I would delete the profile on your phone and then repair the phone to the Jaguar System.

If clearing and re pairing the phone doesn't correct the problem there are 2 things to do. Go to the Jaguar USA website and find out if your phone is on the approved phone list. If it is not on the list at all get a phone that is on the list. If it is on the list check that the software on your phone matches the software tested by Jaguar. If the software doesn't match it is possible that your cell carrier has changed the software on your phone without your knowledge and made it incompatible with your Jaguar.

It doesn't matter if your phone worked in the past or not. Software problems can present themselves in many ways. There are many phones not on the list that may work but they could fail to work at any time due to software incompatibility. That's why they aren't on the list.

just because it is bluetooth, doesnt mean it is always compatible...i have seen this in the past myself...doesnt matter what unit it is.

I just updated my Blackberry and i had to re-pair it with my Alpine piece. Funny thing is, it wouldnt allow my address book to show before, but now it does.

I've an easier fix to try. Turn off the phone and remove the battery for about 10 seconds. Then re-install it and boot up.

I've a Blackberry and it's fully qualified per the Jaguar site but it still has a disconnect about every 4-5 days. This fixes it.
