I don't understand your post.

I scanned the article and people complain about brake dust?

Yeah so?

The OEM pads on my STR were the most disgusting I've ever owned as far as that problem is concerned so I wasn't surprised to hear about the XF having that problem.

What is it you're expecting forum members to do?

Even if Jag came out with a TSB introducing new pads that produce less dust, you'd still have to pay for them- at typical Jag spares prices. Why not just find out what reduced-dust pads are already available in the aftermarket (at aftermarket prices) and install them?

I wish people like that would get a life. If you don't like the brake dust change the pads. It's not that big of a deal.

While I applaud his concern and effort in trying to make a difference, it simply won't happen. There is not a safety issue here or anything major that would really make the case IMHO. Good luck to him, but I really don't think it will go anywhere.
