Hey guys, I need some advice. I've run some searches but can't seem to find what I need. 1. My car has 15K on it. The brakes are wearing evenly but show a lot more wear than I am use to. Also they produce LOTS of dust (must clean wheels weekly). Is there a general consensus on what type of rotors & pads to go with? I was looking at EBC Red? 2. Do you guys change your Diff fluid on a regular basis? If so, other than OEM what do you use? Amsoil 75W-140? Any advise would be great.

 

I just changed my diff fluid at 75k miles with Royal Purple 75w-140. Some run ebc red stuff, and that is what I am looking at getting myself

 

Thanks Michael, yes Royal Purple is good stuff as well. I actually just did both diffs in my wife's jeep this weekend with that. Yeh, I'm not impressed with the stock rotors. The ebc red seem like a good middle of the road option.

 

Don't blame the rotors, they're not the culprit. Do a search on the dozens of different brake pad threads.
