brakes
My husband and I just replaced the driver side rear wheel bearing. I know there is an easier way to do this, but we had to remove the half shaft to get the job done (damage done by previous owner). The car is repaired but now we need to put brake fluid in the car's brake system. The brakes were applied when the caliper was off and the brake piston came all the way out and leaked fluid. How do I replace the missing brake fluid

If you want to bleed the braking system yourself, begin with the RH rear wheel and then to the LH rear wheel next, finishing with the LH front caliper. Monitor the fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir and use only DOT4 fluid from a sealed container.
Perform a search of this forum as there are threads about bleeding the braking system.
