Broke shifter block
Well i knew this would happen since my 2001 S-Type is using the plastic one 
and i already have the aluminum one on the way but I'm having a hard time finding directions or a guide on how to remove everything to get the new aluminum piece in there, could anyone help me with this? Thanks.

Have you gotten JTIS yet? If not, that would be a number 1 priority!
But, in a pinch, do what I've done.... Look for the accessory instructions on Jaguar's owner information site. IE phone module instructions. Since that requires you to take apart the console, it would get most of the way there.
I'd post, again, what I have, but mine is a 03 and up car so it is different.
