Default Broken tie rod on 2005 Jag STR?

Hey guys, my 05 Jag STR was damaged during towing. The front passenger wheel is completely disconnected from steering rack and there appears to be a broken piece of linkage (see photo). Is this a tie rod? Any idea on difficulty replacing and how much it will cost? Part number/online retail link would be greatly appreciated. Located in Canada. Thanks!

That does appear to be a tie rod end.

I would allow $200-300 for install and a front end alignment.
