Default A/C one vent cold & warm same time

Now, my a/c is blowing both cold and warm air out of one individual face vent, at the same time, most noticeable on medium or low fan setting.

You can feel the cold air, at the same time as the warm air. Almost as if one half of the vent is cold, & the other half is warm.

My a/c developed problems earlier this year which yielded topic:
A/C warm - passenger vents only

I haven't finished working on the issue yet.

In the meantime, I have been getting equal heat from all dash vents, but when using a/c, the further left the vent is... the cooler it is...

Recent example:

Far-Left face vent @ 41°.
Left-Center face vent @ 43°.
Right-Center face vent @ 60°.
Far-Right face vent @ 78°.

Today, took long drive & had to run a/c. Since a/c had already been blowing warm out of the front passenger and rear passenger vents, I shut those vents off, & only ran air out of the far-left & left-center vents. I had done this before & never experienced any issues.

At first the left-center face vent was blowing cold as it had been. Then, it started blowing cold/warm at same time. What can cause this?

Does this mean the DCCV is starting to fail completely, some sort of blend door is faulty, the CCM is faulty, or the a/c just needs recharged?

The only thing I changed recently was the driver's side duct discharge temp sensor. It was bad with infinite resistance. Prior to drive, the climate control had no DTC's. It had no DTC's after drive.
