I have a 2001 S-Type, V-8
I understand that my problem is fairly common, one side of the a/c vents hot air and the other side, cool air and now the compressor clutch fuse keeps blowing. I have looked at some of the threads concerning A/C problems, but since I don't have a repair manual or am familiar with Jaguar (like mine), I don't know what I'm looking for. For instance, what and where is a DCCV valve? What am I looking for and where, how to I get to it? Any info is appreciated. Of course, before I get this A/C fixed (its a necessity in Louisiana), I'm sure there will be lots more questions!!

You best bet is get the Jaguar TIS repair CD/DVD from EBay. It will be the best $10 you ever spend!

That's a great idea. But I bought one right after I bought the Jaguar and have never been able to open it on my computer!!!!
