Looking for the part number for the CCV for my '06 STR. Also has anybody changed one of these out yet? Pointers would be great.

You would be better off talking to Nalley Jaguar. Dan is quick and very knowledgeable about Jaguars. Jaguar defines their cars more by serial number than year (mainly the last six digits of your VIN). So be careful of posted part numbers until you verify with the dealer it is the correct part.

I posted a super charger belt part number and a list member purchased only to find out it did not fit HIS car. So I have been guilty of this myself!

Have you looked in the FAQs?

I believe the Ford part is the same and considerably cheaper than the Jag unit.
There is a shedload of info on changing the valve in the FAQ's and throughout the S section.

 

For the CCV? I'm a little surprised.......

Yes, I searched the hell out of this sight lastnight. A lot of info for the XJ, but not much for the S-Type. I guess I'll just pull it out and get the part number off of the casing.
