Changed MAP sensor still have codes
I am working on my son's 2004 S 4.2 with 225,000 KM's on it. It continues to run and drive fine even in the very cold weather of late. Battery is less than a year old, and the car starts well.
We have a number of codes that have been growing over the past 6 months or so. One was the map sensor so I replaced it as documented in a thread last week. Unfortunately the MAP code is still there along with the others.
I have attached a picture of the code reader screen noting the various errors.
I am not too concerned with the evap errors as they never create driveability issues. I would normally tackle them last.
That leaves the MAP and EGR errors. Any thoughts on what steps to take from here? Any possibility the low voltage in one of the circuits could be a bad ground?
Any help is appreciated.
