Charging s type battery

Is there a way to charge the battery on a 2000 s type from the engine compartment

You do know there is a key hole in the boot lid?

The later cars have a positive terminal behind the drivers? wheel well cover I'm not sure on the early ones.

Use the key to open the boot. Key hole is located in the plinth above the number plate.

First, I must ask about the rest of the story.

Has your battery gone dead and the key won’t unlock the trunk? Or are you just looking for a convenient place to hook up a battery tender?
