Default Climate Control

I've been searching here but have not found my answer. At times, my climatecontrol system will switch from Fahrenheit to Celsius and also stay on thatsetting. The only way so far for me to get it back to where I want it is toturn the car off then back on. For the most part all the other touch screenfunctions still work. Can someone clue me in on what I should be searching foror do you have an answer?

I don't recall this! You may well have a unique problem

I'd be guessing at a poor connection somewhere.

BStopek, "160,000 miles and still going strong". Rock On! My near 140k mile 03 STR seems to be doing the same. The alternation of the celcius and farenhiet may be indicative of imminent failure? Or need of a hard re-set of the ECU? Mine did the same but eventually cleared following a hard re-set?
