Default Climate Control Woes

As my car has got older the interior temperature has been less regulated and now I've just got an Autoenginuity Reader I've taken a look at the climate control module to see what its doing.
It has 3 codes stored:
B2783 Interior Humidity Sensor to Dual Automatic Temperature Control - Short Circuit
B1253 In Car Sensor Short Circuit Low Fault
B1858 Pressure Low of High
Can someone give me a clue where these sensors are and point me to a circuit diagram - I'm an electronics engineer so happy to look around.

Can anyone point me to a procedure to replace the in car temperature sensor? That's a useful site but they seem to be involved mainly with replacing the climate control module which fortunately seems ok.

If trying to DIY get the JTIS. This is the factory shop manual and is free on this site. Look for JTIS at the top of the forum topics.

There are several temperature sensors. One above the key behind the grille cover. One outside sensor behind the front grille. Passenger and drivers side sensors too. Plus another evaporator sensor.

But the most common failure is the DCCV. Do you know what this is? Many threads about how to change it and where to buy it.

As you can see it gets a bit complicated so the shop manual is really needed.

I was not aware we even had a humidity sensor? So I don't know about that!

JTIS sounds like the missing link I need - thanks. Fortunately my heating and cooling works well if I move the temperature setting up and down so I think that bit works

Further update on this one, I reset the codes and now the sensor is working, however it is over reading by around 5 degrees and the humidity shows as ludicrously low. When time allows I'll pull the sensor out and see if I can work out what thermistor they have used. That way I can replace it for a fraction of the cost.

Hi,
maybe this site would be useful for You:
DIY: Diagnose It Yourself - JaguarClimateControl.com

It's about climate control diagnosis, scroll it down, at the end there's some info about interior temp sensor.
