OK..
To go to my house, put in D the knob, and again the failure began. I stopped then turn off and on my car, continue on D, and quickly the gear box fault appeared.

After turning it off and on, put the knob in 3, and ran quite fast, then move the switch to 4 and then to D and so I get to my house.

Do you think of something electronic?

First you need to be sure the battery is good. How old is it?

Also, Search here (on the code) or in this case on google for:
jaguar P0795
and do some reading. Worst case looks like a gearbox shop to mend it and fairly cheap - it's DIY if you're experienced at car DIY. However, be sure it's not a fake code due to a failing battery!

Yours is the Ford 5R55N box. The code is stored in the PCM (which is a combined TCM also for your era car), so you can clear it and see if it reappears. Search on here for that ford number and you'll see the usual failures and what people did.

Hi jagV8..
Thanks for the support!!!
First: Today I clear the code with my elm... now the car runs but only use 1-2-3 shifts, I don't feel the fourth and five shift (gears). The Gearbox failure and check engine appear 3 times when I come to my work (@ 60 miles from my house).

I review in that forums and see that is a $5 spring problem, but need put out the solenoid body. Iin other words: need new joints, oil, orings, etc ... right?

The battery have less than 2 years...

How cheap? (approx) Yes, I have some experience repairing cars.

Thanks for all support!!!

Fairly new battery. OK, it's the gearbox, especially with those miles on the car.
Do the Searches I suggested and also have a look at
sonnax
who describe the spring. I'm no gearbox specialist but the posts from others make this sound fairly cheap and even DIY if you're good.
