hello again, on my 03 ST-R I managed to send that small wire clip that holds the bottom tube on flying. is this available separately from the expansion tank ? I took a look through the Jaguar parts catalog and am unable to find it

I'm pretty sure it is available separate. Dealer item for sure.

 

when I dropped mine dealer said it came with bottom pipe,£20 part,but son managed to find it by taking plastic undertray off.

 

bingo! not sure how on earth it got back there but I took your advice and dropped the front bolts off of the tray, tucked way in the back was that little clip. surprisingly my local dealer said the pipe was going to be $90.00 and suggested instead just wrapping a wire around the slot a few times......yet another reason I refuse to use them
