First, don't use 'engine flush'. Waste of money.

Is the coolant level low?

Is possible that with short trips it doesn't warm up properly/completely and so a lot of condensation/water gets emulsified in the oil.....if you are regularly having to top up the water and you can't see an external leak, then the beige emulsion water content must be coming from a head gasket or a porus block etc. Not aware that these engines suffer from porus block problems though.

Hope it's just that you are doing very short journeys.......once you change the oil, keep an eye on the dip stick and oil filler for the beige-ness....run the engine on longer journeys and make sure it's thoroughly warmed up...15-20 miles should do it, but longer the better.....Allan

If you've got freshly installed oil and it's 'creamy', change it. Go for a nice long drive with the new oil installed and have a look at the dipstick afterwards. Should not be creamy at all.
