Opened fine on my pc and work pc.
Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC to open PDF's?

Well, I got it fixed. Found an exact size/fit on line for $19.00. I used the info provided by all of you and got the mirror out of the housing.Once out I removed the outside broken glass, then the black plastic ring which held it in. The new mirror went right in and the heated part still works but the fluid has all leaked out and the auto diming feature is gone. Thanks to you all! Don
