Default Drivetrain alignment

I replaced the front engine mounts and now I have a slight vibration upon acceleration. The manual says that the drive train is out of alignment but it does not tell me how to align it!

Does anyone out there have the procedure?

Give us a little more information on what it is doing and when. Also, when you replaced your engine mount did you check the transmission mount?

Default More info

All mounts have been replaced. When I accelerate there is a shudder that is coming from the drive train and it goes away when just cruising.

So whether I am doing 40,50, , 60 or from a stop when I accelerate there is this shudder.

Does it go away when you let up on it to cruise and reappear when accelerate? Does it do it when the Sport mode is selected?

I guess I am confused because there are no adjustments for the motor mounts or the transmission mount so how do they get out of alignment?

And then what do you adjust to bring it back if it is out of alignment?

Does the 2005 S-Type have a split shaft with a hanger and universal joints? If it does I would be checking them first.
