Dyno pull:
Took the car to the dyno tonight for a few pulls! 7 to be exact! Highest it hit was 347hp and 359tq! All the other pulls were 334 to 346 horse and 342 to 359 torque. A lot better than I expected!
Please repost your dyno graph so we are able to see the entire curve
- needs to be right side up
- need to have full view of both axis (X,Y) values
What type of dyno was used?
If you got the air fuel ratio data, where was the sensor placed?
Agreed and if you can repost the bottom, median, and best pulls in full. Thanks for sharing and good numbers.

Ran my S-Type on the dyno over the weekend and think it did pretty well.
My first pull was best: 250.06hp and 259.57 torque. The torque line
was pretty flat from 3.5k to 5.0 maxing at about 4.2k. HP maxed at around 5k and held pretty flat to 6k before falling off towards the shut down point that happened at around 6.4k
Dyno dude said it was running kind of rich at the end, but that that was pretty usual for factory settings (i.e., keep from going lean and "lunching" the engine).
All in all I think it was pretty good for a bone-stock 4.2l with ~60k on the clock.
That's my story and I got the numbers to prove it... ;-)

Torque is how far you take the wall with you
