Default EGR & TB coolant flow

I didn't pay as much attention as I should of when I removed the coolant lines from the EGR and throttle body on my 2003 STR.

is the coolant free flowing through the EGR and TB? or do these 2 components have a specific in port and out port?

Free-flowing. The hoses should have bends and lengths specific to the ports they attach, no?

In regards to the long running lines, one points in the direction to the TB and the other to the EGR but the in and out ports are pretty close together.

I don't think it should matter. We're just moving coolant through them....

You could maybe figure the order because the TB can get cold and wants heating. The EGR doesn't need heating I suspect!

But can't you look at where the other ends of the hoses are and the diagram(s) in JTIS (or elsewhere) and thus figure out which is which?
