I used to do whippets when I worked as a dishwasher at a surf and turf restaurant (The Chart House). We periodically ducked into the freezer to take a snort from the industrial sized whipcream canisters. Oh, the good ole days....

It looks like in this instance adding nitrous was not the best course of action
