Angry Electric Parking Brake Error and ABS Error

In a 2003 Jaguar S-Type base model 4.2L engine
I have an ABS light "ON" and a Parking Brake error in the display. They both came "ON" at the same time. I have run different scans with different scanners on the ABS and do not get any fault codes so assume both problems are to do with the electric Parking Brake. Does anyone have any ideas what could cause this?

Which tools did you use?

You have checked the battery I hope!

Reply for JagV8
I used a Autel Model AL619/AL619EU ABS/SRS+CAN OBDII diagnostic tool and had the car scanned at Jaguar dealer.

Something very weird with the tools/dealer I fear. Usually there are stored (historic or harmless/warning) codes when the respective lights are OFF. Always there are codes when the lights are ON.
