David you are getting really close to adding your vehicle in your signature. Look for "USER CP" button top left, click on "edit signature" then add your car detaills "click save" and viola you are there!

As far as your plugs just keep the autolite XPs in there. They are great plugs and will perform nicely for you. Why go through the headaches of changing all 6 again.

That said if you are still throwing misfire codes, you may be in need of coils. I will not tell you to purchase through www.rockauto.com but they are the cheapest out here for the 2003 and up 6 bangers (part # UF435). NOTE: make sure you order the right ones, there are two different styles listed! You have the 4 wire and NOT the 2 wire coils that are less expensive.

David,

I figured that you had enough problems without computer ones as well, as you were obviously trying to put the details in your sig, I've gone ahead and done it for you.
I'm hoping that they will show up with your next post.

Thanks rick, by the way what is the best size to gap the plugs? JTIS says between .50 and .57 in?

I gapped both sets at 0.054". I use a feeler guage rather than the cheapo spark plug gapper. Spark plug torque setting is 15 Nm (11 ft. lb.).
