Default Stuck Spark Plugs...

I finally got everything together to change the spark plugs in an attempt to troubleshoot my P0308/P1316 codes. Very first plug I tried to get out was for cylinder 8. And its stuck but good. I have it soaking in penetrating oil overnight but not expecting miracles. Likely the last person to change the plugs didn't use anti-seize compound or they are the original 100k miles plugs and stuck from age.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get these plugs out without snapping them off?

I got them out after soaking them in carb cleaner overnight. Some were extremely tight but came out without breaking or messing up the threads. Unfortunately the new plugs didn't fix the cyl 8 miss and the olf plugs looked fine.
Thanks everyone,

Dave
