Evening Guys, Ive got an Ericsson stand in my STR, with a microphone at the top poking out near the sunglass holder. Is this a standard jaguar fit, or is it an aftermarket one?

Im struggling to find out how to use it, the touch screen says I dont have a phone installed and I cant find any other obvious buttons to control it.

Also, ive got a HTC one so am wondering if it can be modified/adapted to work with that instead!

Sorry if this has been answered before, but ive used search and cannot find anything. Any clues or pointers would be appreciated!

I'd say aftermarket for sure, but I couldn't say how to use it or what part of the stereo it plugs into.

 

Thanks for the response Phaelax, I thought so too but ive seen other STRs with the same kit in the past which has confused me somewhat. Annoyingly I cant find any now (Sods law). Hopefully someone will recognise it and shed some light on it.

Failing that ill have to see where the wires lead back to!

 

Aftermarket. Your HTC would need an interface module but not sure any exists for such an old STR.
