Check out the image of this ball joint, same as the ones for the STR?

(they look the same as the ones I have here that I got from Lt0302)

looks like somebody on ebay Australia does them: 2 FRONT LOWER BALL JOINT For JAGUAR S-TYPE 04-09 XF XJ XJ8 XJR 04-11 | eBay
They look the same in the photo and the description says they fit. Shame the op did not want to reveal any information as to what he found for the benefit of other forum users.

That's a good find and the listing hits all the right points too.
I think this is the correct one after all these years!

I found another one from some supplier out of Turkey that I'd never heard of & couldn't find any information on them that didn't come from them, but the pictures were (not-so-suspiciously) identical to the URO ones. Red flags everwhar..

Yes I am NOT a fan of URO but sometimes that's all you can get.

But it's URO. You KNOW you're gonna have to replace them again in 30 days or less. The cheapo part savings don't last once you replace them.
Edit: Truth be told, I have no direct experience with URO ball joints. I do have direct experience with URO endlinks. Lasted 30 days or so. Replaced with OEM endlinks. URO part$ + OEM part$= more than OEM part$ (plus time removing/installing/re-removing/reinstalling+hurt knuckles+aggravation+stress). Just get a part from a reputable manufacturer
