Default Meridian 380W and 825 Watt Specs

I was websurfing and I ran into actual speaker and amplification specs for the Meridian 380W and 825W Sound Systems. Those specs look like the X250 XF.

The XE has 80mm mids in the front doors, and the subwoofer is totally different.

Thanks for the corrections, Cambo. I was just happy to see some of the power handling specs and stuff. You're right about the subwoofer being a completely different design. Should I move the post to the X250 subforum?

What surprised me about the specs for the drivers was that I expected them to have a greater sensitivity than what is listed.

Cambo, is there a B&W drop in for the 80 mm mids? At some point I'd like to try stiffer drivers and these look good.

@Cambo You mentioned different sizes for the XE. Do you happen to have the size speaker and part number for the Center Channel on the XE? I may be picking one up soon! I really appreciate all your help!

The 825W Surround System has a front center speaker which is coaxial (00mm midrange/25mm tweeter combination). Sorry but no part number shown. Evidently the 380W system doesnt have a front center speaker per Meridian info. Pls refer to link below for detail

The Tweeter should be 2 Ohms too? ( since Mid range and bass are both 2 Ohm)

Hey N24SHS,
The listing should specify, or at least say how many speakers. If it doesn't, then check out the dealer brochure.
I've downloaded a few of them while I was shopping from here:
Auto-Brochures.com|Jaguar Car PDF Sales Brochure/Catalog/Flyer/Info E-Pace F-Pace I-Pace E-Type F-Type S-Type X-Type XE XF XJ XJS XK

Then compare the info from the brochure to what the vehicle actually has. For mine it was a difference between 13, or 17 speakers that made it easy to figure out. Good luck, and happy shopping!
