F2 engine management system engine control module and F3 Auxiliary fuel fired heater
Good afternoon gents. Lately, I've been getting the restricted performance code on my 05 STR. Of the codes generated, I'd see a 2601, P0171 and some others including being thrown into restricted performance. Would the 2 missing fuses be attributors to these codes being generated? I've just replaced them yesterday and haven't really had a chance to take the car for a long hard ride, but I suspect someone did this in malice or to make me pay a lot more than I should have to.
Thoughts??
Thoughts??
How long were the fuses "missing"?
Also: are you SURE you should have fitted them? Many are NOT fitted at the factory because they should not be.
P2601 can be a meaningful code that the IAT2 shows the SC pump isn't working properly.
P0171 is usually an air leak but see the codes PDF / JTIS.
Check Electrical Guide / JTIS for what those fuses do...

Yes maybe they were never installed?
The aux fueled heater is only on Diesels so the STR would never have that option anyway.
The F2 Management system code I have never heard of. So I don't know.
