If it is the two central fixings they are threaded studs that are fixed (welded) to brackets on the car that are in turn, from memory, bolted to the crossmember. The tray is secured with a 6mm nut with a combined washer.
The brackets are part number XR816810 and cost £24.95 each from Jaguar.
The M6 Nut with combined washer is part number XR854810 and are £1.88 each.
Both parts are still available from Jaguar.
However, yo may find the you can not undo the bracket from the sub frame without snapping the securing bolt in the spring nut!!
I think that these are the same as the bolt and spring nuts that hold the rest of the lower cover in place as well as the plastic bumpers etc.
I purchased 50 of these made of stainless steel when I first got the STR as they rust solid and it is easier to just grind the bolt head off and replace them than it is to try and get them undone!
