Hey gang!

Fog lamp lens and bulb (passenger side) broken. 2005 S-Type (JUST PURCHASED [:@]). Is this a do it yourself kind of job? Any idea of how much it might cost? A million thanks!!

 

I’m going to say that you can change it yourself how do I know this? I was messing around with the foglights the other day I even took some pics. That white screw allows you that aim the foglight and the other screw is what holds it in place. It's either a T35 or T40 Torx screw, which I didn't have or I would have taken it out for further inspection.

Thanks so much. I looked at bulb replacement in the owner's books and it recommended going to the dealer. Seemed a bit cost prohibitive to have a dealer's mechanic change out a light!

 

M16, did you replace your foglight yet? I was hoping to buy the old one from you, I realize that it is broken, butI wanted to fittle with before I retroit some real projector in place of he mini projector foglights. I need to know how what to fab in order to swap in the larger projectors?

 

Haven't forgotten, Momo. Light is #2 on the to-do list!
