Default Fuel Trims

My iCarsoft short term fuel trims are + or -- numbers like 1.76 to high 3.14 alternating to 0.0 then to fast changing numbers above and below zero. Long term trims are similar numbers but don't change fast.. From what I understand of it I think these numbers are OK..

Depends when you look - hot engine at idle is best to start with.

So long as the STFTs are small (*) you can then ignore them and care about LTFTs.

(*) i.e. any larger values have migrated into the LTFTs, call that learning by all means

I would select to monitor only these trims and watch them in graphical mode.
What you should see is a sinus curve.
