I'm wondering what documentation was delivered with new 2003 S-Types. Specifically a 4.2 equipped with the Nav and built-in phone, if those differ from standard documentation, somehow.

The Driver's Handbook, obviously, but how about audio, nav, etc? And was there a quick start guide, too? And is anyone aware of possible differences in documentation kits in different countries and/or markets?

 

Wow. You can download everything that looks vaguely helpful, free, so I'd just grab whatever you fancy.

 

Actually I have most if not all of the downloads already. I was simply wondering what was included with the car.

Why? I've worked with technical documentation for years and this sort of thing holds an interest for me. ****, I know, but it keeps me off the streets.

 

The docs included would depend on the exact model and options fitted, plus the market (country), at least. There's no overall single answer or even small number of answers. Call jag corporate if you want more detail but I don't know whether they'll be willing to go into much detail unless it's specifically about your own car, when maybe they'd tell you what it would have had. Maybe.

 

Just like JagV8 stated..Ask Jag Corporate..They may be able to sell you any books you may be missing.

Also, don't know about Sweden, but e-bay is a great source in the US.
