Default Hard Boot question...
Hi all. I'm a novice. Question is should I have the accessories on or should the car be completely shut off when I touch neg to positive? Thanks.

Off - and never disconnect the battery with the engine running.

Does it matter how long I wait until starting car after hard boot?

No. Be aware that this process has only very minor effect on the car's systems. What problem are you trying to fix?

My driver's window doesn't open and the sunroof automatically closes 10-15 seconds after it's opened.

I had read in another, old thread that this fix has worked.
