My drivers side headlights were pointing at the ground and the adjustment mechanism was all buggered up by the previous owner. I installed an adjustment screw in the middle and it worked I can't believe I drove halfway across America with only one headlight.

 

Congrats.... Last week my headlight on the drivers side started to wobble a bit when I drive so I plan on doing this this weekend if I can. some pics would be nice. There is a thread dedicated on headlights!!!
