heat problem

Default heat problem

ok here's the problem. i hope someone can help. when i start it and let it warm up there's no air coming out of the vents at idle but when i go down the road heat will start coming out the vents. am i suppose to heat the air coming thru the vents. please any help would be great. my feet are cold in that car. i have the fan speed all the way to hi and temp all the way up.like i said have some heat when car is going down the road.
