Default no heat at idle

ok guys sorry if this has already been brought up. new to jaguars. bought a 2000 s type 3 weeks ago and love it. here is the story. when its running and at idle i am not getting any air out of the vents. fan speed is all the way up and temp is on hi. when i am driving it i can feel heat coming out of the vents but at idle nothing. heated seats work good. any ideas on what it could be. is it a blower motor issue. few more questions also. want to put custom exhaust on. has a 4.0 in it and was thinking of flowmaster 40 series.

i think your auxiliary coolant pump must have died . check your fuses first .

if its like mine the pump is mounted on the back of the cooling fan shroud behind the radiator . on a rubber mount .
