Heater blows cold air
I bought 02 jag stype 3.0 auto. Lady that sold to me said that her mechanic said that water pump needs to be replaced. Engine temperature was going up very quick.
After I brought I found out that thermostat was missing, expention tank was cracked. So I replaced those. Water pump was looking fine I did not see any leaks or nose. So I did not replaced it. I search instruction how to flush cooling system. I did that but no changes. My heater was growing cold air when heater was set for 90F and max on fan.
So then I noticed that the metal hoses that are coming from DCCV were cold. So I thought that may be dccv is not working and hot cooling not circulating . So I replaced DCCV and flushed system. NO CHANGES. Heater still blows cold air.
I thought may be there fuses blown, I checked them all everything is good.
So now I'm cluless what else I could do

If the hoses coming off the DCCV are cold you will never get heat. Keep following up on that,
When you flushed the cooling system did you flush the heater core? You use the three hoses coming off the DCCV and going to the firewall. You need to do this separate from the engine. Possible heater core clog??

Well if your lucky you can blow the crud out and flush it clean. If not then change the heater core. Which is a lovely job!!
If you can get any kind of flow thru the heater core I would consider putting everything back together and running a chemical flush. Can't hurt and it's pretty cheap.
What condition is the coolant in and has it EVER been changed? Be sure and use the correct stuff! Not what the guy behind the parts counter said to use. Read your owners manual.
