Hi - I have an S-type V8 4,0 (1999) done KM. 88.000
Problem: Outside temp. is +2° Cel.
Inside temp. almost the same - Will not heat properly
After shutting down engine, the fan will run for several minuttes before stopping.
Tried to switch a/c on / off - with no result
Can anyone help ?

Hiya Kim...I have a 99 XJR, it had same problem...it was the electric water pump to the heater. It is situated on the left side of the firewall in the engine compartment on mine. The brushes were worn, I replaced them and saved about £250.00 on a new motor!
