I don't know what happened but my JTIS stopped working. I uninstalled it, deleted all files then did a clean download and install. Now I keep getting error messages. Anyone know the solution?

 

That's weird because I can't find that file anywhere on my system and the folder structure appears different too. The only startup.txt file I found was with the original install files.

What version of windows do you have? If windows 7 maybe try running the xp-fix. I attached it just in case.

 

I have Windows 7 and ran the xp-fix. I followed the directions to a tee. I had it on my PC before and it worked then I moved a bunch of files to the external hard drive and it did something to my JTIS. Which one is the correct JTIS to download?
