My car overheated and my wife had to drive it about a mile to safely get off the road. Anyway, it runs rough so I pulled the spark plugs and ran compression tests. The results are as follows, how bad is this....

May have warped the heads thus low on compression due to leakage and/or burned valves. Check coolant for exhaust odor and oil for water.

 

Unfortunately, those compression results are not good Studio19 - +1 on bfsgross feedback - but regardless whether the issue turns out to be warped heads, burnt valves or other internal damage (piston, piston to valve damage, bent valves, etc) - the above is very troublesome and you will have some tough decisions to make dependent on mileage/age of vehicle. (rebuild engine - if possible or install a used engine) - both of which are grossly expensive for the V8 engine.
