Help needed please !!!!

Hello i have a 2.5lt sport stype Jaguar on 04 plate and both the key fobs will not let me open the doors and boot,if i manully open the drivers door the alarm activates and will not turn off for approx 30 seconds.

Please can anyone give me advise as to what the fault could be.

Can you lock and unlock the doors with the key, from the outside handle. Does that turn the alarm on and off?

It is an 04. S527 is probably in order.
Odd though....alarm goes off even when unlocking door with key? Should disarm alarm doing that. I am trying to think where I have seen that.
